List User Attributes

GET 
/audience-members/:id/user-attributes

List every user attribute defined for the tenant along with the given audience member's value for it. Attributes the member has never been given a value for are returned with a null value. A public File attribute's value is the file's URL. Private File attributes are admin-only and are never listed.
