Request OTP

Email a six-digit one-time passcode for passwordless authentication. Creates the audience member if they do not already exist. Rate limited to 3 requests per email per minute. Issuing a new code invalidates any prior code for the session.

When registration.form names a form and the email has no account yet, nothing is created or sent: the response is registration_required with that form. Sending the form's answers in registration.values creates the account with them and continues.
