Create Analytics Report

POST 
/analytics/reports

Saves a report the whole team can open from Analytics → Reports: a name, an optional description, whether it is pinned to the Pulse, and a definition in the same shape POST /analytics/query runs. Run it afterwards with GET /analytics/reports/{id}/results.
