Connected apps
AI clients such as Claude, Cursor, and VS Code can connect to Allegro's MCP server by having you sign in, instead of using an API key. Each one you approve appears under Settings → Connected apps, so you can see what can act as you and cut it off at any time.
Connect a client
- In your AI client, add your organization's MCP URL,
https://acme.allegrocdp.com/mcp, as a remote MCP server. - When the client opens Allegro in your browser, sign in to the dashboard.
- Check the consent screen: the client's name, the organization, and the website you'll be sent back to. Only continue if you recognize them.
- Leave Change data unticked for a read-only connection, or tick it to let the client create and update records. Only admins see this option.
- Click Allow.
What the list shows
Each connected client shows:
| Detail | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Name | The name the client gave itself when it connected |
| Organization | The organization the client can reach, or Allegro platform for the landlord server |
| Read, Write | Whether the client can only read data, or also change it |
| Connected | When you first approved it |
| Last used | The last time it made a request |
Disconnect a client
Click Disconnect next to the client and confirm. It loses access straight away; you can connect it again later by signing in from the client.
Allegro also disconnects clients for you when you're removed from an organization, when you lose super admin access, or when your account is deleted.
